My mom likes to describe their home as "love chaos" because seriously it can be the craziest place for people who aren't used to it, especially when we invite 20 people to stay for the Holidays. We are a family of loud talking, story exaggerating, wine drinking and football watching dorks who like to fight and make up over board games for hours on end. Weirdly my husband fits right in for a person without Hill/Richter genetics. I jumped at the chance to make them all go out to the front yard to take a few quick shots but I have to say wrangling my own family is most similar to trying to photograph quintuplet toddlers!
