Cayambe is an hour outside of Quito and such an adventure. 
We rode buses, saw beautiful green views, hung out with llhamas, drank espresso and walked until our feet couldn't. 
We ended our night soaking in natural hot springs in Oyecachi at 12:00am knowing we would never experience anything like it again.
