Alex & John : Downtown KC Engagement

I meet a lot of couples in the world of photography. I love being able to capture their love stories during all the different seasons of a couple's life. From engagement and the wedding to capturing the sweet parenting love after they've had their first little one. The love only grows but there is nothing like that fresh best friend love.

These two are that in a nutshell. They make each other laugh and keep each other calm. They've traveled together moved together and made so many memories together already and this just plays out in the beautiful way they balance one another. 

This session was really about getting to explore a small part of downtown Kansas City and grab some fun but laid back photos of this special time of engagement. We started around the Library capturing the rooftop terraces and their mutual love of books and ended exploring some cool walls and windows trying to avoid the windy day. It was such a chill morning and I can't wait to shoot their Wedding this Fall.
