Thank goodness it is Thursday its the time in the week where I go back and try to blog those sessions I totally spaced on! This one especially is crazy, probably one of my favorites.

My new family (new by marriage)  has been such a rock when it comes to moving to KC and growing my business in a new place. They get my vision and have adorable children so it all works out. They have experienced pretty much every kind of Family session I offer and are now the experts of my brand and what my photography is all about.

Especially my 2 year old niece Kate, she gets it even when she is not a fan of it. She is such a  great personality and its been so great photographing her from when she was tiny to now when she is growing as a big sister and toddler. 

All of this to say, earlier this year we welcomed her little brother, Will, into the world ( The blog I #tbt last week was of little Wills birth 6 months ago, give me a break my only excuse was that I was traveling the world throughout the Spring)

I love capturing the full story of life so for little Will we captured him in the womb, in the hospital and in the home. And i can't express how much I love photographing in the home with families. Especially right after a little one, there is so much new and so much real happening in those first couple months. Its exciting and so worth documenting.  Here is that home session with the Destigiters, when a family of 3 became 4 and all of the love and chaos grew into what it is now.
