There is always something so incredible and honoring in capturing someones wedding day. Documenting the moments when a couple sees their partner as a husband or a wife and vows to be real and together for the rest of their lives. It romantic yes but also scary and exciting. Being a photographer gives me so much joy and responsibility to tell the story of their day with detail, care and authenticity.

For Bert and Lauren it was simply incredible to capture their true connection with each other. They met me that morning at a park for their couples portraits. There was not a single shot I could take that kept them from smiling. There was only true happiness when they were together thinking about the fact that they were actually marrying each other! Those are the kinds of couples and moments I love capturing. They were so in love and so excited for their big adventure together to begin!
