The Burton Family

This past Fall I had the pleasure of meeting and capturing so many families. So many that it was a little crazy and overwhelming to blog about them :P I was so lucky to get to be apart of creating pieces of art and memories for all of these beautiful people. When I started my photography business way way back in the day I in no way thought that one day I would have such a passion to photograph other people's families. Capturing these genuine parenthood cuddles and belly laughs is what brings life into my photographs. I love watching the cranky toddler trying to hide a giggle after being tickled by their mom.  The snuggly shy little one not so sure about having a photo session who blooms into a little ham by the end. I also just love being able to tell each family's story in a beautiful way. Each season and stage a family goes through is unique and beautiful and they go by in a blink of an eye. Celebrating and cherishing these seasons is what photography is for!

It was such a delight to tell the family's story. Their little girl is obviously their everything in the best way possible. She is giggly and curious, affectionate and adventurous. I loved the way she held tight to her sweet mom and ran free through the Fall leaves. She was probably the easiest going 1 year old I've met which made my job that much simpler. So glad I'm finally getting a moment to share these sweet moments and tell their story for this season of life.
